The company restructured its capital through a plan that is approved by the presidency which includes the waiver of some routes for Greater Amman Municipality and Land Transport Commission, In addition to modifying some of the current routes with the preparation for the buses to operate on these routes, CMTC paid about 75% from the accumulated losses ,in addition to restructuring the capital to 15 Million instead of one Million in order to compensate parts of its loses due to the unfair wages by GAM and Land Transport Commission .
