CMTC TRAINS A NUMBER OF DRIVERS ON COMMUNICATION SKILLS & FIRST AID

CMTC held a course in the first month of 2017 in order to train the drivers on first aid & communication skills.

The course, which was held in the Jordanian Drivers Association included different trainings such as first aid training; in case of any incidents like : Fainting, diabetes, convulsions , or any other incidents with the purpose of serving citizens & ensuring their safety .

The course also includes personal, direct &written communication skills, the drivers were also trained on non-verbal communication & behaviour skills, in addition to training them on dealing with any incident that might happen as well as solving any issue with the right behaviour.
